Hey @Chase your travel rewards booking page is the most pathetic and useless page on the internet. I’d rather get a root canal w/o getting numbed than have to deal w/ navigating, booking, or heaven forbid deal w/ a service rep. It’s 2021, technology is at its peak. Figure it out.

@Monochrome_Fox_ @Chase The guilt then comes to the customer to have to recycle or throw out the paper completely unopened. Wasting post office resources, paper gas etc for something to be immediately discarded.

I tried to call Copa but they only are available until 11pm EST here in the United States, 10pm CST which is where I am. I called my CC bank Chase and they cannot help me cancel the transaction until it is processed, as it appears as pending in my TC transactions. @Chase

@Chase needs to improve customer service. My #SapphireReserve was compromised 8/2, called 8/3 to have new card expedited…called today and was told it shipped regular mail on 8/6. Why did you not mail my replacement for 4 days in general? But also why did they lie to me on 8/3?

@Chase took ~4,700 out of my checking account for credit card payment, but only reflected a subtraction of $430 on my credit card statement. I was calling trying to fix and suddenly I see the payment on the statement changed to the correct amount. Fraud?

Only @Chase would make millions in overdraft fees during a #pandemic then change your account (without your knowledge) to get a monthly service charge ALL WHILE promoting accounts with a smaller service charges. I should close my accounts with them. @ChaseSupport @jpmorgan
